To cancel your account at any time use the cancel my account tool in your admin system under the training center or contact us via email at: cancel@startcoachingtoday.com. You may be billed for an additional month of service if the notice to cancel was not received at least 72 hours prior to the next recurring billing date established with the member's credit card provider. Only cancellations effected within this timeframe will be effective. Notice of cancellation after the 72 hour cut-off will effect cancellation for the next succeeding month. In such cases, the member shall be responsible for payment of the succeeding month and will have no right to stop payment or back-charge for that month.
